Why Volunteering Is Important

Volunteering is important because it helps students learn more about their communities and themselves. Through our volunteer programs, students get hands-on experience with different areas of our community.

The vision of RAY is embodied in its name. The club strives to equip and nurture orphaned youth, so that they may find the capacity of resilience within themselves. Resilience is defined as “the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties”

Volunteer With Us

FYLA is a non-profit volunteer organization founded in Orange County in 2014. With the intention of completing good deeds on a daily basis, FYLA pursues the mission of working in absolute cooperation to make the world a better place. Our activities range from cleaning parks and beaches to hosting garage sales to tutoring those struggling academically to recycling plastic bottles and other goods. FYLA also offers subsidiary clubs, such as Heart of Africa(HOA) and Benetones.

H.U.G stands for Healing Upstanding, Generosity. H.U.G. is a non-profit organization that was founded on 2018 in San Bernardino County. The club is run by high school students. We strive to do good in our community, and we aim to make the world a better place through our teamwork. Our activities range from parks and beach cleaning, volunteering at orphanages, and donating to those in need. Our club had also adopted Oak Ridge Park in Chino Hills through the Adopt-a-park program from Chino Hills City. Our goal is to let our neighbors enjoy the beautiful park Chino Hills has to offer. Though our teamwork, H.U.G. is growing day by day, and our core members and officers are striving to make a difference for the better.

Our HALO Club is a nonprofit organization that supplies infant formulas, hygiene products for women, and medical supplies for public health to underprivileged countries. In many countries, there is still a lack of disinfectants and antibiotics to cure inflammation. Under a HALO director, high school students and adult members raise funds by using coin banks and participate in health seminars and events in our community. Students (8th-12th grade) who volunteers for HALO CLUB may have opportunities to receive Presidential and Leadership awards. If you are interested, please contact us at the number below. We will do our utmost to make sure that the precious funds that you collect are used for the health and pleasant lives of the children in underprivileged countries
